Our governance structure is designed to encourage the participation of contributors and stakeholders from the Diaspora, civil society, and the private sector:
Best practices of procedural clarity and effective oversight are made available to all components of our governance structure.

  • Contributors provide critical funding and advice and can play an important role in the governance of the Foundation;
  • The Board of Directors and Standing Committees define our vision, our strategies and oversee the Foundation's operations; and
  • Our officers and staff manage resources and the Foundation's operations.
